Hi! My name is Sonny. I am of the Diné people of the U.S. Southwest, Kapampanga people of the Philippines, the Celtic people of Ireland, with soul ties to Ancient India and Egypt. I am fascinated by lost Earth-based practices and finding a way to weave their medicine into these current times.

My life's work has taken me down many paths that have led back to Healing Arts time and time again. I've always been passionate about creating Art; starting my journey with visual arts and creative makeup artistry which led me to Esthetics school. In 2017, I graduated from Paul Mitchell the School - San Jose's Esthetician program. Upon graduating, I began providing skin rituals, falling deeply in love with the healing power of Touch. This sparked my curiosity in massage as a modality. In 2023, I decided to attend National Holistic Institute where I experienced a whole new world of inspiration. Having already dabbled in massage, energy work, and sound, I studied with Tonia Lach of The Body Journey to come into a deeper understanding of how to provide these services as a system. In addition to my Healing Arts education, I have 10 years of experience helping and participating in indigenous medicine ceremonies. I would say that my approach to Healing Arts is playful, non-judgmental, nurturing, and open-hearted.

 

I now provide sacred space facilitation for those in need in the form of Integrative Skin + Bodywork, Sound, Earth Medicine, Workshops & Retreats. I look forward to working with you all in service to Humankindness!
